The Benedictine Sisters of St. Gertrude Monastery in Imiliwaha, Njombe are dedicated to a life of prayer, community, and service following the Rule of St. Benedict.
Founded on the principles of prayer and work (Ora et Labora), our monastery serves as a spiritual haven where sisters live in community, seeking God through a balanced life of prayer, work, study, and hospitality.
